I have spent a lot of time over the past few years writing about the relationship between mindfulness and productivity. The more you practice and work at it, the more you’ll be able to see how good the results are. This is what I’ve learned from years of practicing mindfulness.
I have found that writing is one of my best ways to practice mindfulness. I can make myself sit down and write for an hour and not look up. I can also just be aware of my thoughts and emotions and have the ability to be with them. I can see myself completely without judgement, or judging myself, or reacting to anything. I can be in the moment and not be so caught up in the moment that I miss the forest for the trees.
