I’m the author of the book, “The 3 Levels of Self-Awareness.” How do you become self-aware? For me, I began to ask myself what I was doing and why. I realized that I was doing and thinking stuff like, “I will do this,” “I will do that,” and “I will not do this.
To be able to answer this question you have to be aware of your own actions and thoughts. For example, if you were to say “I am doing and thinking stuff like, I will do this, I will do that, and I will not do that.” then you are not aware of your own actions and you are still doing and thinking them.
Self-awareness is not a one-time event. In fact, it is a process and not a one-shot solution. You will have to repeat this process of awareness over and over again until you are self-aware to a certain degree.
The process of self-awareness is one of your main tools in self-improvement. You have to know your actions and thoughts to get on a path to self-improvement. And there are a few things that you can do to make yourself aware of your actions and thoughts. For example, if you have a habit of saying, I am doing something, you can start to question yourself about whether you are really doing what you mean to do.
If you want to be constantly aware, you are going to need to make a conscious effort to become aware of your actions. I’ve made this point before too. I’ll explain it again, but if you’ve already read it, know that I am talking about being aware of your actions and thoughts. Awareness is a process of self-knowledge, and it’s one of those things that the entire self-awareness process is about.
For me, awareness is a two-step process, with awareness of actions first, and awareness of thoughts second. But if you want to be aware of everything, you will need to make a conscious effort to become aware of your actions and thoughts. That is the point where you might find yourself questioning your true purpose and what you are really capable of accomplishing. You will have to make a conscious effort to become aware of all the things you have done and all the things you have not done.
I’m not saying you should let your mind run free. Instead, you should train your mind to become aware of all the things you have done and all the things you have not done. For example, you might feel that you need to do something about your job, but you don’t want to feel guilty about it. You might be aware of your bad behaviors but think that you don’t deserve to be happy.
Of course, it’s not as easy as that, but you can learn to develop the ability to become aware of all of your behaviors and all of the things you have not done. Gluntz is an online course developed by the University of the West of England to train students how to become aware of all of the things they have done and all of the things they have not done.
This is a free program that you can take online, and each week they will discuss a new behavioral case study. You can even do it offline and get immediate feedback. It is not exactly the same as mindfulness training, which is a self-awareness program designed to bring you closer to your True Presence, but it’s a good start.
The goal of gluntz is to remind us that every single thing we do and every single thing we do not do makes a difference in the world. By taking action and removing ourselves from things that are out of our control, we can reduce the likelihood of our being an obstacle to ourselves or other people’s happiness. Gluntz is a good way to start to learn what makes you tick, and the program has good examples of both the good and bad.
