I’m really enjoying the little videos that are being produced from this toolkit. The first one, “Self-Awareness: How My Thoughts, Feelings, and Actions Affect My Life” is a very powerful one that explains the tools and shows you how to use them.

The third video, Self-Awareness How My Thoughts, Feelings, and Actions Affect My Life, is more practical in that it shows you a short video with a man who is thinking about the benefits and drawbacks of smoking cigarettes, and then shows you how to think about your own thoughts, feelings, and actions to help you avoid bad habits.
The second video is pretty self-explanatory, but the third video is really cool because it shows you how to use the tools that you’ve learned to change your habits, and you can see how they will affect your life and your surroundings.
A lot of the time the way people think about smoking is a little misleading. While nicotine is a stimulant, it also comes with a side effect of drowsiness. But there are a lot of people who smoke cigarettes who are drowsy and do not think of it that way, and then there are a lot of people who smoke cigarettes who think about it that way. So the “thinking about it” video is a good example of this.
The video is called “Smoking Is Good,” and it was produced by the anti-smoking nonprofit Stop Smoking Canada, and is aimed at educating people about the negative health effects of smoking. The video features a series of images of people smoking, which makes it look as if the people in the video are drowsy. The video was created by the well known Canadian documentary maker and activist, Tom Wright.
He’s right. Smoking Is Good is an excellent example of how images can influence people’s thinking, and what we see when we look at a video can influence our own thinking.
This isn’t to say that it’s never good to see a video with a message. The video is great, but it’s also a prime example of how images can be manipulated. The video was edited to look like they were drowsy.
