In 2010, I finished my undergraduate degree and moved back to the Bay Area. I was looking for a job as a full-time freelancer and had no idea what I wanted to do. I thought maybe I could be a graphic designer, but I had no idea what I wanted to do. One of the first things I began doing when I got back to the Bay Area was taking classes to find a job.
As a graphic designer, I was constantly looking for work and networking. I didn’t really know what I wanted to do, so I was learning new skills and taking classes to stay current. My goal was to find a job that I loved and be able to work on computers. The thing I struggled with most was getting a job from the very beginning. I knew it was going to be hard, but it was also exciting.
When you’re young and trying to find a job, there are no guarantees. I got my first job out of college, and it wasnt too bad. I got a job by interviewing, and then it was up to me to interview with the person I was going to be working with. I made a lot of mistakes, but I stuck it out and did good.
I think it’s important to understand that there are so many variables that go into finding a job that you have to make sure that the people that you’re working with are capable of making the decisions. I think if you’re going to find a job at any age, you need to have an eye for these things. And it’s important to have a healthy sense of self-esteem, because that helps you go out and get a job.
Austin has been able to turn his life around with the help of a support group, the Austin Works (where people come to volunteer their time and skills to help Austin make a better life for himself). He’s become a lot more confident in his ability to make things happen, and that’s a good thing because in order to do that, he needs to make things happen himself.

As I’ve said before, Austin Lance is the type of person who is very open about stuff. It’s one of the things I like about him, and it’s why I think he has such a strong personality. And that I think is why I find him to be so interesting. His personality and the things about him that we see in our game (and that will be explored in more detail) make him one of the most memorable characters in our game.
